From the very beginning, our architects, subcontractors and our in-house designer, Tracy Doherty collaborates with you to fulfill your design goals, minimizing modifications during construction and eliminating expenses associated with those modifications. Our design-build services ultimately streamline the process. Tracy oversees the design and decorative process for both working and living areas, from the exterior to the interior, including the layout/flow from start to finish. As the client, you can expect one or two meetings in this phase to review the final design and preliminary floor plans while undertaking the design of the home from concept to completion.
