PRESIDENT

Louis Petrozzi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Wall Street Development Corp. located in Westwood, Massachusetts. A native of Dedham, Louis Petrozzi founded Wall Street Development Corp, in 1995, leveraging his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and Master's Degree from Suffolk University, and over two decades of experience in land development and luxury home construction.

Mr. Petrozzi is responsible for having the vision of seeing the potential of a piece of land, no matter what it's condition. He is an expert on problem solving land. His goal is to create a picturesque neighborhood that will compliment the land and surrounding area. His passion for his business is evident. He has hand selected only the best architects, project manager, engineers, vendors, and real estate professionals. Mr. Petrozzi puts his name on every home that Wall Street builds and it's this philosophy that has Wall Street Development Corp. continue to lead the market in setting standards for excellence in residential development.
