PRESIDENT

Louis Petrozzi is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Wall StreetDevelopment Corp. located in Westwood, MA. Wall Street Development Corp. is a residential real estate development firm with decades of experience developing residential neighborhoods in the most desirable communities of Boston's surrounding suburbs. With over $50M in sales since 1995, the team at Wall Street has helped many families make these neighborhoods their homes.

Wall Street’s primary focus is the licensing, permitting and construction of residential homes or condos as may be allowed by local zoning, in keeping with the character and natural features of the land. From coordinating and managing the necessary licensing and permitting requirements to its innovative home designs, quality craftsmanship and state of the art technology, Wall Street is constantly striving for excellence. A native of Dedham, Louis Petrozzi founded Wall Street Development Corp, in 1995, leveraging his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and Master's Degree from Suffolk University, and over two decades of experience in land development and luxury home construction.

Mr. Petrozzi is responsible for having the vision of seeing the potential of a piece of land, no matter what its condition. His goal is to create a picturesque neighborhood that will compliment the land and surrounding area. His passion for his business is evident.

 

VICE PRESIDENT

Tracy Connell joined WSDC in October of 2003. She is involved in all facets of WSDC luxury homes, from the selection of each blueprint, the elevation and position on the lot, to the flow of the floor plan. Tracy is responsible for customizing and designing these homes to insure that each home has its own unique personality.

Prior to joining WSDC, Tracy, a licensed real estate agent and notary public, spent over 10+ years in the real estate field, marketing and selling. It is there that she became a relocation specialist, assisting employees relocating from all over the world, working for some of the top Forbes 500 companies, which included Fidelity, Ernst and Young, EMC, Gillette, IBM, CISCO, and Staples Corp. Tracy worked as Director of Events for CMT Entertainment an events and fundraising company located in Boston, working on such high profile events as Field of Dreams at Fenway Park benefiting BELL, Newport Under the Stars benefiting the Joslin Diabetes Center, and a private luncheon for Senator John Kerry and the Massachusetts Women’s Forum.

In addition to her duties at WSDC, Tracy devotes a significant amount of time to the Cam Neely Foundation, fundraising and volunteering weekly at the Neely House. Tracy also serves as the office chairman for the Deutsche Bank Championship a PGA TOUR tournament, located at the TPC Boston. Giving back is a roll that she takes seriously.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A true New Englander, Gerald Brisson has invested nearlyforty yearsdeveloping our communities, highways, and commercial properties. Mr. Brisson is responsible for executing the vision of the company. Leveraging a civil engineering degree, a professional land surveyor registration, and a construction superintendent license, his role includes managing design, layout, budgets, contracts, timelines, subcontractors, and customer expectations.
